You'll find bakeries, small supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a lively Provençal market several days a week – perfect for tasting local produce . Arrival by Plane:
The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur, located about 52 minutes (65 km) by car via the A8. Car rental services, taxis or shuttles are available at the airport to reach the villa. Allow approximately 1 hour 10 minutes by public transport (TER + bus depending on connections).
Arrival by Train:
Saint-Raphaël-Valescure TGV station connects you to major cities (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nice). From the station, take the TER towards Menton (3 minutes, Boulouris-sur-Mer stop), then a 11-minute walk (800 m) takes you to the villa. By taxi or hire car, the journey takes about 7 minutes.
By Bus:
- Line 10 (towards Boulouris Mairie Annexe) from Saint-Raphaël bus station to the "Les Lentisques" stop, then 1 minute on foot to the villa.
- Line 21 (Trayas Pointe Notre Dame) from "Bonaparte - Casino" towards "Cap Boulouris" then 15 minutes on foot.
Esterel Côte d'Azur buses serve the region efficiently.
By Car:
The villa is located at 962 avenue Édouard VII and has free private parking on site, ideal for exploring the Esterel and Côte d'Azur at your own pace. Access is easy from the A8, Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël exit.

The beaches and coves of Boulouris are accessible in 30 minutes on foot (2.3 km). The shops in the Boulouris town centre are about 5 minutes' walk away (400 m). For Saint-Raphaël town centre, it's best to use the car, bike or bus (journey of about 6 minutes).
By bike:
The area is pleasant to explore by bike, with cycle paths along the sea. The beach, port or coastal path are accessible in less than 10 minutes by bike.
By local bus:
Line 10 regularly serves Boulouris, Saint-Raphaël town centre and the surrounding beaches, stop "Les Lentisques" or "Cap Boulouris" just a few minutes from the villa.
Car:
To reach the beaches, the town centre, or for your trips in the Esterel, the car remains the quickest and most comfortable way from the villa. Easy parking on site and throughout the town.

Pour votre vie quotidienne, les commerces essentiels se trouvent à moins de 5 minutes à pied.
