Situated on the edge of the forest and completely secluded, La Bastide du Soleil is an elegant, air-conditioned villa that can accommodate up to 8 guests. With its 4 bedrooms, living room with a fireplace and open-plan kitchen, it combines comfort and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for a truly relaxing holiday.

Upon arrival, large sliding glass doors flood the house with light and open out onto a magnificent 1,700 m² Mediterranean garden: completely flat, tree-lined and with no neighbours opposite. A rare setting, on a cul-de-sac, just a few minutes from the village of Flayosc and only 45 minutes from the beaches.

Outside, everything is designed to let you savour the South: a 10 × 5 m private swimming pool, covered and open-air terraces, a fully equipped summer kitchen, a pool house, a Mediterranean garden and a stone-paved car park. The swimming pool is regularly maintained.

Facing due south and spread over two levels, the villa offers spacious rooms and an ideal layout for families or friends. On the ground floor: a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room, a lounge with a suspended fireplace, a living area opening onto a fully equipped Provençal-style kitchen-diner, and a utility room. Upstairs: three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a shower room and a separate toilet.

For your comfort: ducted reversible air conditioning, underfloor heating, electric shutters, Wi-Fi, and a triple garage, including a 41 m² double garage with a storeroom.

Entirely private villa: no shared spaces, no neighbours opposite. You are free to enjoy the villa, the private swimming pool, the terraces, the summer kitchen and the garden, in an intimate, peaceful and secluded setting.

Flayosc is one of the most beautiful hilltop villages in the Var, prized for its medieval alleyways, shaded fountains and lively Provençal market. From Chemin du Camps Grenier, you can enjoy a natural setting on the edge of the forest whilst remaining close to local amenities.
