What is the difference between concierge service and guaranteed sublet?
With concierge service, you receive the actual rental income minus our commission (12% or 24% incl. tax depending on the package). With guaranteed sublet, you receive a fixed monthly rent regardless of occupancy: we bear the commercial risk.
How many platforms is my listing distributed on?
We distribute your property on more than 20 French and international platforms, to give your listing every chance.
What is your service area?

Is there a minimum commitment period?
No. For concierge service, there is no minimum duration. For guaranteed sublet, the lease is annual but you can recover your property with three months' notice (family holidays, sale, simple change of mind).
How does the first meeting go?
We come to visit your property, discuss your expectations and your occupancy rhythm, then provide you with a free personalised study with the most suitable package and an estimate of rental income.
Do you hold the professional G licence?
No. Our activity is voluntarily limited to operational services (welcome, cleaning, hospitality, listing distribution, traveller communication), which do not require a G licence. For any matter relating to real estate management (mandate, collecting rent on behalf of a third party), we refer you to an authorised professional.
