Every home entrusted to us by its owners is prepared for your arrival just as we would like ours to be: fresh linens, fully functional amenities, soft lighting, and a peaceful atmosphere above all. This page gives you a sense of what to expect during your stay; the rest is best discovered once you’re here.
Just one thing to remember to start with: a direct line, 24/7. Whether you have a question, an unexpected issue, or a last-minute request, we’re here to help. Everything else is designed so you’ll need to use it as little as possible.
Before hitting the road.

Your login information
Before you arrive, you’ll receive a text message with the exact address, directions, and key pickup instructions. No need to print anything.

The journey
Nice and Toulon airports, the Saint-Raphaël TGV station, or Les Arcs-Draguignan. We can arrange a private transfer upon request; just let us know in advance.

Local formalities
The visitor's tax is collected in accordance with local regulations. The registration number for the furnished accommodation is displayed in the house. We are providing this information for your reference.

A particular desire
A stocked fridge, flowers, a private chef for the first night, a crib: everything needs to be arranged in advance. It’s better to ask than to be caught off guard later.
Upon arrival.
We’ll hand-deliver your order whenever possible. Otherwise, we’ve made sure you can walk right in without waiting.
Check-in begins at 5:00 p.m.. Keys will be handed over on-site or placed in a secure box; you will be given the code on the day of your arrival. Someone will be available at all times to assist you if you have any questions about access.

During the stay.
Our role doesn't end when we hand over the keys. That's when it begins.
A dedicated hotline is available to assist you throughout your stay, seven days a week. In addition to troubleshooting, we can arrange services on request to make your stay hassle-free: in-home chef, housekeeping during your stay, grocery shopping, transfers, boat trips, spa and wellness treatments, and more, whatever you desire.
None of these services are mandatory. They’re there for whenever you feel like using them, without you having to go out of your way to find them.

The answers, before the question.
What should I do if I have a problem in the evening or on the weekend?
The hotline is available 24/7. Most issues can be resolved remotely; if not, someone will come to your home. You’re never on your own when you have a problem at home.
What time can I arrive and leave?
Check-in from 5:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m. Different times may be possible depending on our schedule; please ask us, and we’ll be happy to let you know.
Does the house allow pets?
It depends on the property. The information is listed on the property page, and we confirm it before booking. If you have any questions, just ask—we’ll get back to you quickly.
Is housekeeping provided during the stay?
The guest is responsible for the final cleaning, which is paid for at the time of booking. Mid-stay cleaning or laundry service can be arranged upon request; please make arrangements in advance if possible.
How does the security deposit work?
A security deposit is required for each stay. The amount and terms will be clearly communicated to you before arrival, so there are no unpleasant surprises.

Left at the agreed-upon location, as mentioned in the message the day before. No need for an inspection: we’ll come by after you leave.
