Outside, a vast grassed terrace extends the house and invites indoor-outdoor living: hot tub under pergola, sun loungers, summer lounge, plancha and table for six, all facing the Provençal panorama.
Hilltop villages, Sainte-Croix lake and Verdon gorges less than an hour away: Provence, the real thing.
Of recent construction with contemporary lines, this three-room apartment spreads on a single level and is fully air-conditioned.
The open-plan lounge offers a comfortable convertible sofa, a television corner and a round table for four guests. Adjacent, the kitchen is fully equipped: hobs, oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, refrigerator and complete small appliances.
The master bedroom comprises a double bed, a large mirror and a wardrobe space. The second bedroom, designed for the younger guests, combines a mezzanine bed with integrated desk and a single bed. A bathroom with shower and WC complete the accommodation.
The terrace
A true second living space, it surrounds the property over more than one hundred square metres of landscaped lawn. Under a shaded pergola: the hot tub and its lounge seating area. Further on, sun loungers facing the countryside, a dining table for six, a plancha and an outdoor shower.

You have exclusive use of the apartment and its terrace: no space is shared.
The accommodation occupies the first floor of a set of three independent dwellings and benefits from its own external staircase, as well as a completely private entrance. You come and go freely, at any time, without ever crossing any shared space.
A free parking space is reserved on the property. Arrival is on a self-check-in basis thanks to a secure key box.
